The product images shown in website are only for representation purposes which may to some extent vary from the original product. If you have any questions regarding the products, you may contact us for further information. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased by you on our website will meet your expectations
We will try to ensure that all pricing information on this website is correct, however, occasionally a technical error might occur and goods may be wrongly priced. In case we find any pricing error, we will at our discretion, either contact you or ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to adjust prices, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before we deliver your order.
All products displayed are subject to availability of stock and we try to ensure that we always stock the full product range which is in display on the website. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply you with the ordered product we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that product. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Your order is an offer to purchase from us. Upon making an order you will receive from us an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered.
Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of your offer until we send you an email notifying you of the order acknowledgment. At this point, a contract will be made between us for you to buy and us to sell the products that you have ordered from us.
Once you place the Order it cannot be amended, but please see your right to cancel an order in the Cancelation Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or not to accept / cancel the orders for any reason at our sole discretion without liability to the Customer. If we decline to supply a product to you and you have already paid for it, we will give you a full refund of the amount already paid
Once the order has been delivered and accepted by you, we no longer hold any liability or obligations except in circumstances described in Return and Exchange Policy.
In the absence of any of the ordered items, our Customer Service operator will contact the Customer at the phone number specified in the order form to agree on a replacement, if possible, and to confirm delivery.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
We accept online payments by bank credit and debit cards, as well as cash payments, which are paid to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
Prices on the site are indicated in Bahraini Dinars and payment is also to be made in Bahraini Dinars.
DELIVERY POLICY
We exclusively deliver goods from our store within the territory of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Customers can conveniently place orders online 24/7.
Orders will be shipped to our esteemed customers within 3 to 5 days of receiving them. Additionally, we are pleased to inform you that the delivery process will be completely free of cost.
The order will be delivered to the address specified in the order form. Before sending the order, the driver will contact the customer at the phone number provided in the order form to confirm the delivery.
We strive to deliver the Goods promptly and as ordered within the specified period. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time and are not liable if we cannot deliver the order within the specified time due to circumstances beyond our control.
The site clearly indicates the Terms of Order acceptance, Terms of Payment, Cancellation Policy, and Return and Exchange Policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The customer may request to cancel the order, provided that the request is placed before the ordered goods are dispatched for delivery. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.
If we have to cancel the order at the request of the Buyer or for other reasons after processing the online payment, the indicated amount will be returned back to your card account. However, the amount will be returned to the Customer’s debit or credit card account after deducting any fees charged by the bank. Cash refunds will not be made under any circumstances.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
Refunds are not available for purchased products unless the order was canceled prior to shipping as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
Return of goods of not in proper quality is not possible. Goods can only be accepted for exchange and only in the following cases:
We delivered the wrong product;
The product has been damaged during delivery to the point where it cannot be used safely;
The product is not working after the installation (please make sure to email mentioning the defect and issues related to the product at info@tepgi.com before 10 days of receiving the product.
The quality and quantity of the delivered products must be checked by the Customer before the courier leaves the place of delivery. If there are discrepancies with the Order or damaged products, please return them to the courier and contact our Customer service team immediately.
In the event that the product delivered to the Customer, in the opinion of the Customer, is subject to exchange due to quality issue (Clause 1, 2 and 3 above), the Customer must immediately inform the Customer Service as well as to send the photos of the delivered product along with the description of the quality issue.
Claims and requests for the return and exchange of the Goods for any of the above stated reasons must be submitted by the Customer to our Customer Service within 10 Days from the date of delivery of the Goods.
In the event that a discrepancy / inadequate quality of the product are confirmed, we will exchange the product within three working days from the date of receiving Customer’s request.
In this case, the delivery to the Customer will be free of charge.
Exchange is possible only with the original Invoice
